Director of Rugby Tom Rock, believes AJ was the standout candidate for the role;
“In my short time at the club so far, AJ’s popularity with everyone at the club, and his passion for the club as a whole, really stood out. This role is a key appointment for the club, AJ’s leadership off the field will be vital as we look to ensure the club as a whole goes from strength to strength”
