In our 50th anniversary year of the Rugby Club having been established at Upritchard Park, we want to make our club an exciting and friendly place to come and watch your favourite sport! The social committee have been working tirelessly with the various sections of the club to ensure each weekend has been a great success with well run events at the club, with many more to follow.

The survey results from our mini, youth and senior members highlighted this need and it was very helpful to read the expressed interest in where our strengths and weaknesses lay, with the over-riding feeling pointing towards developing and progressing the state of our club and its facilities.

With the hard work and vision from our Bar Convenor, Ian McBurney, the club's management committee have agreed to invest into a Bar Refurbishment project, with work due to start on the 20th October and scheduled to be ready for the first week of November.

While this particular aspect of improvement was highlighted from the survey results to date, it is good to know that the management committee were already on the ball with a plan to address this problem which has now been put in place.
