At Bangor, we know that rugby is about much more than what happens on the pitch. It’s about community, friendship and looking after one another.
With mental health playing such an important role in all of our lives today, we want Bangor RFC to be a place where people feel supported, comfortable and able to talk when things aren’t quite right. We want our club to be a healthy place for both body and mind.
AJ, Chris and Craig are there for anyone in the Bangor RFC family, whether that’s a player, coach, volunteer, parent or member, who might be dealing with something personally, looking for a bit of advice or simply needs someone to have a chat with.
Sometimes it can be difficult to take that first step and speak to someone. Having familiar faces within the club who are there to listen and support can make all the difference.
