Despite the steep learning curve for the ladies in their inaugural league and cup competitions, they enjoyed a full fixture list that culminated in a cup final at the end of the season.

With hopes of even greater success, it's time to get back into training! The first session will be at Upritchard Park on Monday 8th July from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, followed by Ards on Thursday evenings and Donaghadee every other Monday. More details are available on the NDL Facebook page.

There's already a good squad of ladies taking part on a regular basis, but there's always room for more, whether experienced or complete novices - all will be made most welcome. Why not come along a give it a try!
