Paul Alexander Kirkpatrick passed away peacefully after a short illness on 4th January 2025, aged just 45. Paul played for Bangor Rugby Club on a variety of teams over the years and also worked behind the Upritchard Park bar for a while before the Covid restrictions set in. He was also a dedicated member and coach at North Down Athletics Club, and was still actively involved there until a few weeks before his untimely passing.

He was the dearly loved youngest son of Margaret and Ian, devoted brother of Iain and Neil and loving uncle of Jin and Fei.

A simple committal will be held at Roselawn Crematorium on Wednesday 15th January at 9.20am followed by a celebration of Paul's life in Bangor Rugby Club at 12.00noon.

No flowers please, donations in lieu may be sent to Cancer Research UK.

Paul will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the whole family circle and his many friends.
